Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd shall not be bound by nor be responsible for any term, condition, representation or warranty other than that which is given by the manufacturer of the Goods.

·         To the extent permitted by statute, no warranty is given by Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd as to the quality or suitability of the Goods for any purpose and any implied warranty, is expressly excluded. Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Goods, or caused by the Goods, or any part thereof however arising.

IMPORTANT POSTAGE INFORMATION:

** Shipping is calculated on TNT nationally and Fedex or Australia Post prices internationally up-to and including 300kg of cubic volumetric weight - larger items of freight will require Furniture Freight Contractors, therefore an additional charge (for shipping only) may be ammended to the total cost of purchase. If you would like to know the exact cost of shipping please contact our friendly staff.

By entering in your Credit Card details and purchasing items off this website you are agreeing to these terms of purchase and that an additional shipping charge may be added to the Total price.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:

The staff at Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Delivery is subject to normal TNT and/or other Freight Contractors nationally or Australi Post prices internationally times. Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd will attempt to provide a consignment number for orders/deliveries, so that customers may track their delivery and estimated time of arrival.

Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd will endeavour to keep stock information up-to-date, as this stock is held at our suppliers. If there is an issue with stock availability, one of our staff will contact you via email or phone to discuss – we will always attempt to come up with a solution. This may delay the delivery of your parcel, you will receive a courtesy call informing you of expected delivery time should this be the case. Parcels may also be delayed due to public holidays or problems experienced by the Couriers.

Defects

The Client shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery (time being of the essence) notify the Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote, this must be done via photo image being emailed to Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd. The Client shall afford Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery if the Client believes the Goods are defective in any way. If the Client shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage. For defective Goods, which Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd has agreed in writing that the Client is entitled to reject, the Consultant’s liability is limited to either (at the Consultant’s discretion) replacing the Goods or repairing the Goods. Where the Client is a consumer as defined in the TPA then the client shall also be entitled to a refund.

Should it be found that there is no physical defect with the goods, Property@maisonjardin.com.au Pty Ltd will not accept returned goods due to a clients’ change in needs or wants.

Goods will not be accepted for return other than in accordance with clauses above.
